The Challenge
"What are our climate-related financial risks and how do we disclose them?"
California's SB 261 required Unisys to prepare a TCFD/ISSB-aligned climate risk report. The data existed, but it was fragmented across systems, unquantified, and disconnected from the business.
Translating scattered data into a coherent, audit-ready disclosure while embedding it into enterprise risk management required both deep climate science and strategic business acumen.
